Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDR). As a BDR, you will be responsible for driving growth by selling our innovative SaaS products, including our Restaurant Management System and POS solutions, to small businesses across the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting product demos and presenting SaaS solutions to potential clients.

  • Managing inbound and outbound leads effectively.

  • Performing prospecting activities to generate new business.

  • Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

  • Working from 10 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Utilizing CRM and AI tools to streamline sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling software applications, custom development, SaaS products, or similar.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with minimal dialect.

  • Ability to relate culturally to a US-based audience.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using advanced technology tools.

  • Self-starter who works well without direct supervision.

  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

  • Quiet work environment, reliable computer, and stable internet connection.

  • Backup power supply and internet connection are a plus.

  • Noise reduction microphone for clear communication.

  • Available for training and eager to start immediately.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $400 - $600 per month, depending on experience.

  • Commission: Competitive commission structure.

  • Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.

  • Income Potential: Earn upwards of $50,000+ per year.
